Invited Trainer for CFA Level I

About the role

BDO Academy is looking for an Invited Trainer to lead CFA Level I exam preparation courses for open‑enrollment groups. Sessions will be scheduled in the evenings and may be delivered either online or face‑to‑face, depending on participant demand.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver CFA Level I training sessions in line with the CFA Program curriculum and exam requirements.
• Adapt and update the training program to reflect the latest CFA Level I curriculum changes.
• Develop training materials that meet BDO Academy standards and guidelines.
• Provide participants with learning materials and supplementary resources as needed.
• Monitor participants’ progress and support their understanding of course content.
• Perform other training‑related tasks as required.

Required profile

• Higher education degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• CFA Level II completed (or higher).
• Strong knowledge of the CFA Level I curriculum and examination requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Good time‑management and organizational abilities.
• High sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering high‑quality training.
• Detail‑oriented and structured approach to work.
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and practically.
• Previous training or teaching experience in finance/investment is an advantage.
