Instructor & Expert – AI for Content Creation

About the role

Nebius Academy seeks an experienced visual‑content practitioner with hands‑on AI expertise to join its team as an AI for Content Creation Teaching Expert. You will lead live sessions, workshops, and labs, guiding learners through real‑world AI workflows for visual, video, document, and interactive content production.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging live instruction, workshops, and applied learning labs.
• Showcase AI‑driven workflows for creating on‑brand presentations, one‑pagers, and documents using tools such as Claude Design.
• Guide participants in generating and editing visual assets (banners, key visuals, illustrations).
• Demonstrate AI video and animation creation with platforms like RunwayML or Higgsfield.
• Support hands‑on projects involving interactive pages and widgets built through vibe‑coding tools.
• Teach automation of recurring production tasks using plugins and simple pipelines (e.g., n8n, Google Sheets, Google Calendar).
• Provide structured feedback and help learners adapt workflows to their professional contexts.
• Collaborate with the course team to refine templates, checklists, case studies, and continuously improve the curriculum.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in visual or video content creation, communications design, or marketing production.
• Proven hands‑on experience applying generative AI in real content‑production workflows.
• Strong communication and teaching skills, able to explain practical workflows to non‑technical audiences.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and available to work within European time zones.

Required skills

• AI image‑generation tools such as Midjourney or Nano Banana.
• AI video and animation tools such as RunwayML or Higgsfield.
• AI‑powered layout and document tools like Claude Design.
• Interactive content creation using vibe‑coding platforms (Claude, Lovable, etc.).
