HR Business Partner

About the role

TradingView is seeking an HR Business Partner to join its growing HR team. You will work closely with managers and employees across the organization, helping to shape people processes and support a high‑performing culture.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on HR matters, providing guidance and support.
• Participate in organizational planning, recruitment, and team‑size management.
• Facilitate performance management cycles, including reviews and coaching for high and low performers.
• Contribute to talent development, succession planning, and calibration sessions.
• Manage onboarding, 10/45/90‑day check‑ins, and employee adaptation.
• Assist in conflict resolution and mediation within teams.
• Conduct exit interviews, analyze turnover data, and identify risk patterns.
• Provide HR analytics on engagement, turnover, and satisfaction metrics.
• Communicate and support change initiatives such as restructurings and process updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, including at least 1 year as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes: performance reviews, onboarding, exit interviews, compensation, and development.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to managers.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience interpreting HR data.
• Understanding of business processes and ability to quickly learn team specifics.
• Flexibility, proactivity, and experience working with a headcount of around 100 employees.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher; experience in international companies is a plus.
