Head of Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a visionary Head of Marketing to lead the marketing function of MAQRO City, a large‑scale, green urban development project in Tbilisi. You will shape the overall growth strategy, combine digital, brand and CRM initiatives, and drive business results for both local and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s comprehensive marketing strategy.
• Monitor and optimise digital marketing activities and performance.
• Create and launch campaigns that support sales growth and brand awareness.
• Strengthen the brand presence in local and international markets.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to maximise conversion rates.
• Manage marketing budgets, KPIs and campaign performance reporting.
• Identify market trends, customer needs and new growth opportunities.
• Build and manage relationships with agencies, media partners and external vendors.
• Analyse consumer behaviour and define customer personas.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a leadership role.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to take ownership.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience in the real‑estate sector is a plus but not mandatory.
