Growth Marketing Manager – B2B Demand Generation

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale Nebius Academy’s demand‑generation engine. Reporting to the CMO, you will design multi‑channel campaigns, optimise funnels and deliver qualified pipeline across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end demand‑generation programs, from awareness to pipeline conversion.
• Build and deploy LLM agents to scrape competitor ads, rewrite battlecards, summarise media coverage and draft personalised outbound sequences.
• Manage paid acquisition on LinkedIn, Google, Meta and other B2B channels.
• Design, test and optimise landing pages, email sequences and conversion funnels.
• Define, measure and improve metrics such as MQLs, CPL, CAC and pipeline contribution.
• Partner with Sales to create feedback loops and improve lead quality.
• Plan and execute field‑marketing initiatives, including webinars, events and regional activations.
• Support ABM campaigns for priority accounts.
• Collaborate with Content and Design teams to create compelling messaging and assets.
• Continuously experiment with messaging, offers, creative and channel performance.
• Leverage AI tools to boost productivity and optimise workflows.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in B2B growth, demand‑generation or performance marketing.
• Proven track record managing paid acquisition campaigns on LinkedIn, Google or Meta.
• Strong understanding of growth fundamentals, attribution and experimentation.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or similar) and CRM systems.
• Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making ability.
• Experience planning webinars, events or regional marketing campaigns.
• Excellent collaboration and written communication skills.
