German-speaking Customer Service Representative

About the role

Join Concentrix’s global team as a German‑speaking Customer Service Representative. You will provide multilingual support to customers, handling inquiries and issues in a fast‑paced, digital‑transformation environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via phone, chat or email in German and, when required, in Italian, Spanish or French.
• Deliver accurate information, troubleshoot problems, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, services and internal processes.
• Document interactions in the company’s CRM system following quality standards.

Required profile

• Fluent communication skills in German (B2‑C1) and ability to converse in Italian, Spanish or French.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Quick learner who adapts rapidly to new information and tools.
• Motivated, proactive and ready to take on new challenges.
