Rando.ge, a fast‑growing Georgian startup that helps small and medium businesses with digital transformation, is looking for a results‑driven Sales Specialist. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from any comfortable location while directly influencing the company’s growth and your own earnings.

Key responsibilities

• Engage potential customers through cold and warm calls.
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities using social networks, market analysis, and personal networking.
• Present Rando.ge’s digital services and communicate their value effectively to prospects.

Required profile

• Communicative and energetic individual who enjoys interacting with people.
• Highly self‑organized and result‑oriented.
• Motivation to learn and develop in sales, experience in sales is a plus but not mandatory.
