About the role
The International Market Sales Agent will represent Omnia Georgia in attracting and assisting foreign clients who are interested in purchasing residential property in Georgia. The role focuses on managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the transaction, ensuring a seamless experience for international buyers.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with prospective clients from various countries and process incoming inquiries.
- Identify client needs and propose suitable residential properties.
- Organise viewings, presentations and property tours.
- Negotiate terms and manage the sales process until contract completion.
- Maintain regular contact with existing and potential clients to foster relationships.
Required profile
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Responsible, organised and proactive attitude.
- Previous experience in sales is preferred; experience in real estate is a plus but not mandatory.
Required skills
- Fluent in English and Russian at a high level (mandatory).
