Full-Stack Developer (Backend-Focused, Mid-Level) – On-site

About the role

We are looking for a mid-level Full-Stack Developer who will primarily own the backend while also delivering end-to-end features for our iOS, Android and web applications. The position is based on-site in Saburtalo, Tbilisi and offers the chance to work on real products from concept to launch.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain server-side services, APIs and relational or NoSQL databases.
• Implement feature logic for iOS, Android and web front-ends, turning Figma mock-ups into functional, connected components.
• Handle data processing, business rules, third-party integrations and performance optimisation on the backend.
• Collaborate with product, design and QA teams to move ideas through the full development lifecycle.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of professional experience focused on backend development.
• Strong understanding of server-side programming, API design and database management.
• Comfortable working with mobile (iOS & Android) and web front-ends.
• Able to interpret Figma designs and translate them into working code.
• Good grasp of software architecture, version-control practices and clean, maintainable code.
• Detail-oriented, reliable and an effective communicator.
