First Line Support Specialist - Junior

About the role

SoftSwiss is expanding its team in Tbilisi and seeks a Junior First Line Support Specialist. You will be the first point of contact for website‑related issues, working closely with internal departments to ensure a smooth digital experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to user inquiries and service requests.
• Provide clear guidance to maintain uninterrupted website performance.
• Utilise internal tools and workflows (training provided) to resolve tickets.
• Escalate complex or unresolved cases with detailed documentation.
• Maintain high accuracy and quality in all communications.
• Handle a high volume of tasks while adhering to a 2/2 shift schedule (12‑hour day/night shifts with a 2‑hour break).

Required profile

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong soft skills: patience, empathy, and problem‑solving.
• Excellent typing speed and ability to multitask across several software tools.
• Team‑player attitude with a solid sense of accountability.
• Commitment to maintaining smooth processes and high operational quality.
