Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager is responsible for running day‑to‑day finance operations, owning all finance tools and processes, and leading the accounting team. Reporting to the COO and Global CFO, the role works closely with the Board of Directors to ensure financial excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Run daily finance operations, reviewing transactions, invoices and financial documents for accuracy.
• Lead and prioritize the accounting team, ensuring timely month‑end closing, reconciliations and reporting.
• Own and maintain finance tools and systems (1C, Excel models, reporting templates) and continuously improve processes.
• Prepare P&L statements, balance sheets, cash‑flow statements and regular financial reports for management and the Board.
• Develop annual budgets and forecasts with the Board and Global CFO, monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with Georgian financial and tax regulations and coordinate with auditors, tax advisors and regulatory authorities.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (MBA, CFA or ACCA a plus).
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar senior finance role.
• Experience leading an accounting team and building/improving finance processes and tools.
• Strong analytical abilities, high confidentiality and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a team‑leader mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the 1C accounting system.
• Advanced Excel modeling and reporting.
