Facility Technician

About the role

Evolution Georgia is seeking a Facility Technician to maintain and support the building systems across its sites. The role involves routine upkeep, minor repairs, and coordination with specialists to ensure a safe and functional work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform ongoing maintenance and fix minor defects in building systems.
• Supervise and escort specialists and subcontractors working on technical systems.
• Replace light bulbs, conduct plumbing repairs, and carry out basic electrical work.
• Execute cosmetic repairs such as painting, plastering, and wall touch‑ups.
• Carry out basic HVAC tasks, including filter replacement.
• Respond to emergencies promptly and manage the consequences.
• Repair hardware equipment (doors, windows) and install or dismantle furniture as needed.
• Perform tile work (floor and wall), including cutting, hydro‑insulation, and mortar preparation.
• Conduct steel work – cutting, drilling, polishing, painting – with preference for welding capability.

Required profile

• Secondary or higher technical education.
• Excellent knowledge of Georgian and basic written English.
• Minimum 2 years experience in building systems maintenance and troubleshooting.
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work effectively in a team.
• PC literacy with proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
