Experienced Consultant – Tax, Technology & Business Advisory

About the role

We are seeking an Experienced Consultant to join our multidisciplinary team in Tbilisi. The role involves advising clients on tax compliance, transfer pricing, accounting, technology solutions, payroll, HR, and legal‑related business processes, helping them navigate both local Georgian regulations and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client needs across tax, accounting, technology, payroll, HR and legal domains.
• Analyse data, review documentation and prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal experts and client stakeholders to design and implement compliant solutions.
• Participate in project planning, execution and continuous improvement of service delivery.
• Support business development activities, including client meetings, presentations and market outreach in Georgia.

Required profile

• Proven consulting or professional services experience, preferably in the Caucasus or CIS region.
• Strong advisory skills in at least one of the following areas: tax compliance, transfer pricing, accounting, technology solutions, payroll, HR, or legal support.
• Solid understanding of Georgian regulations and familiarity with relevant international standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English and Georgian (additional regional languages a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Law, Business, IT or a related field.
