Enablement Manager – Payroll Enablement

About the role

Deel is seeking an Enablement Manager to equip its global payroll‑focused teams with the knowledge, skills and resources they need to excel. You will design and scale enablement programs that drive adoption of best practices and improve overall team efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute enablement programs to drive high performance across client‑facing teams.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify training needs, skill gaps and improvement areas across global teams.
• Create and maintain onboarding resources, documentation and continuous‑learning materials.
• Lead e‑learning or live training sessions for new hires and monitor onboarding progress.
• Implement and manage enablement tools, platforms and training technologies.
• Coordinate and deliver ongoing training for existing team members.
• Measure learning outcomes and align them with business objectives.
• Track program milestones, KPIs and report results.
• Support knowledge‑sharing platforms to ensure easy access to information.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to help teams leverage enablement resources.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in enablement, training or a related field.
• Understanding of payroll audiences, ideally with two years in a payroll‑focused role.
• Proven track record designing and implementing effective enablement programs.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams such as Payroll Operations, Product, Sales and Customer Success.
• Familiarity with enablement tools and platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Articulate Rise/Storyline, LMS).
• Strong grasp of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience analyzing performance metrics.
• Creative problem‑solving and innovative use of resources.
• Strong project‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating across teams.
