About the role

The Deposit Product Manager for Corporate Business will be responsible for overseeing the size and profitability of the deposit portfolio, continuously developing expertise around deposit products, and supporting the corporate banking coverage teams.

Key responsibilities

• Control the volume and profitability of the deposit portfolio.
• Continuously develop expertise on deposit products and monitor market trends.
• Participate actively in budgeting, plan‑vs‑actual monitoring and expectation management for the deposit line.
• Optimize profitability of deposit products, contribute to pricing decisions and support corporate coverage teams.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date client pipeline, manage expectations for existing clients and identify new opportunities.
• Manage and monitor allocations linked to deposit products.
• Prepare regular reports for banking units and analyse product parameters for improvement opportunities.
• Present plan‑vs‑actual and pipeline updates to the corporate team.
• Monitor deposit maturities and booking accuracy.
• Lead activities required to meet quarterly and annual targets, working closely with sector partners.
• Fully engage in account planning and share‑of‑wallet processes, preparing and executing deposit plans with coverage.
• Analyse client journeys and propose enhancements.
• Drive the full lifecycle of deposit agreements, from drafting to activation.
• Register deposit programmes and ensure maximum penetration across business sectors.
• Collaborate with non‑credit product teams and treasury to create comprehensive offers for corporate clients.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of corporate deposit market specifics.
• Experience in budgeting, performance monitoring and expectation management.
• Ability to analyse portfolio profitability and optimise pricing.
• Proactive attitude towards client pipeline management and opportunity identification.
• Excellent analytical skills for product parameter review and improvement.
• Capability to prepare regular reports and present findings to senior stakeholders.
