Data Entry Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Data Entry Specialist to support healthcare facilities by collecting, verifying, and submitting staffing data. The role is fully remote and focuses on maintaining data integrity while meeting CMS reporting deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, review, and organize staffing data from multiple sources.
• Verify data accuracy, identify inconsistencies, and resolve discrepancies.
• Enter, update, and validate information in spreadsheets and internal databases.
• Prepare and maintain reports, ensuring timely submission in line with CMS requirements.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to address data questions and corrections.
• Assist with audits, reporting, and continuous process improvements.
• Maintain organized documentation and ensure secure data backup.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in data entry, administration, or reporting.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Basic knowledge of SQL (optional but advantageous).
