Credit Risk Manager – Risk Officer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Credit Risk Manager to join a partner company through RESOLUTE Compliance. The role focuses on assessing creditworthiness, managing exposure, and supporting the development of robust risk frameworks for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Assess creditworthiness and counterparty risk of customers, merchants, liquidity providers, and institutional clients.
• Establish and review credit limits, collateral requirements, and exposure limits based on risk assessments.
• Monitor outstanding exposures and identify early‑warning indicators of default or credit quality deterioration.
• Support the continuous improvement of credit risk assessment and monitoring frameworks.
• Provide clear, data‑driven risk assessments to inform business and risk‑management decisions.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in Credit Risk, Counterparty Risk, Financial Risk, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of credit assessment, exposure management, collateral, and risk limits.
• Experience with financial institutions, FinTechs, trading businesses, liquidity providers, merchants, or institutional clients is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and communicate risk considerations clearly to business stakeholders.
