Creative Producer (Performance Marketing)

About the role

Social Discovery Group is seeking a Creative Producer to own the end‑to‑end creative production process for user‑acquisition ads across Meta, TikTok and Google. You will translate data‑driven ideas into clear briefs, guide execution, and ensure rapid iteration of high‑performing assets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full creative production cycle from brief to final assets for multiple products.
• Translate performance data into detailed briefs that empower creators while limiting ambiguity.
• Provide clear, reasoned feedback and communicate the rationale behind creative changes.
• Develop creative strategies using market analysis tools and internal UA reports.
• Maintain a library of best‑practice guidelines for freelancers and external agencies.
• Partner with UA teams to define hypotheses, testing plans, and performance goals.
• Collaborate with designers, editors, and AI teams to produce assets at scale.
• Align priorities and timelines with stakeholders to ensure smooth production and fast iteration loops.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in performance‑marketing creative production.
• Portfolio demonstrating high‑performing creatives with significant UA spend.
• Strong understanding of UA metrics (CR, CPA, ROAS) and how creative impacts performance.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
