Call Center Agent – Leasing Agency Support

About the role

Pharmbills is expanding its remote team in Georgia to support U.S.-based real‑estate clients. As a Call Center Agent you will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants, gathering essential information and coordinating with on‑site leasing teams, all from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective residents to collect key details such as name, contact information and move‑in date.
• Create and update “Guest Cards” and contact records in the CRM system.
• Schedule in‑person tours with onsite leasing teams.
• Answer questions via phone and email, ensuring residents feel informed and confident.
• Maintain accurate notes and track every conversation.
• Share updates and align with U.S. property‑management teams.
• Provide additional support tasks as needed to keep leasing workflows smooth.

Required profile

• Background in sales, customer service, or call‑center environments (advantageous).
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong people skills – friendly, proactive and composed under pressure.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a structured approach to multitasking.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or other CRM/scheduling platforms.
• Professional demeanor and ability to communicate with clarity and confidence.
