Business Controller EE

About the role

The Business Controller EE will work closely with the EE Finance Manager and commercial teams across multiple countries and markets. The role is responsible for analysing financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and providing actionable insights to optimise the full profit‑and‑loss of each channel.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with country/market commercial teams to drive financial performance and support decision‑making.
• Execute KPI analysis for revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures.
• Lead the planning and development of the annual operating plan (AOP) budget for each country/market.
• Prepare and present data for key management meetings (M1, M2, M3, MRD, business reviews, etc.).
• Develop financial models to evaluate business opportunities and cost‑saving initiatives.
• Produce periodic financial forecasts and lead M3 meetings for the assigned markets.
• Provide analytical support for new product launches and post‑launch performance.
• Advise functional and operational managers on complex business cases and P&L management.
• Implement automation and process‑efficiency projects (R4E) and maintain reporting instructions.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects and respond to audit data requests.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis roles.
• Good understanding of IFRS accounting principles.
• Proficiency with SAP and strong PC skills in business applications.
• Excellent presentation and persuasive communication abilities.
