About the role

We are looking for an experienced accountant to join our Academy as a Mentor for the Georgian market. You will share your practical knowledge with beginners, helping them become the next generation of competent accountants.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver theoretical and practical training to novice accountants.
• Create a practical teaching model based on your own experience.
• Explain accounting documentation and the Georgian tax system.
• Train students on the RS.ge platform.
• Provide hands‑on Excel and accounting‑software instruction.
• Support, monitor, and motivate students throughout the learning process.
• Prepare practical case studies for training sessions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in the accounting field.
• Strong knowledge of Georgian tax legislation.
• Experience using the RS.ge system.
• Proficient in Excel and able to simplify complex financial terminology.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work with diverse audiences.
