Back-office Manager

About the role

TBC Capital is seeking a Back‑office Manager to ensure smooth processing of securities and cash‑related transactions for its clients. The role focuses on accurate recording, reconciliation and reporting of financial positions while supporting internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control client deposits and transfers, ensuring proper archiving.
• Produce daily reconciliations of cash and securities positions.
• Prepare transaction instructions, track their status and verify execution.
• Generate systematic transaction records and client statements.
• Prepare invoices and manage the reconciliation between client accounts and accounting entries.
• Investigate and resolve mismatches in reconciliation processes.
• Participate in primary issuance processes and additional tasks as directed by the manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the financial sector, preferably banking or brokerage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is desirable.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with good problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work in a team and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to engage in training and continuous learning.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Familiarity with financial technologies and technical concepts.
• Basic knowledge of capital markets and related instruments (preferred).
• English language skills (preferred).
