About the role
The Associate Personal Banker will support the Personal Banker in both operational and credit activities at the Poti branch. This position serves as a stepping‑stone for further career development within the bank.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Personal Banker with day‑to‑day operational tasks and credit‑related processes.
- Prepare loan proposals and present them to the credit committee.
- Record and resolve operational issues as they arise.
- Ensure the execution of transfers, including automatic transfers.
- Conduct initial assessments of loan applications up to GEL 80,000.

- Strong concentration and ability to perform tasks with high accuracy.
- Customer‑oriented mindset with a genuine care for people.
- Motivation for personal development and results‑driven attitude.
- Willingness to work with AI tools and modern technologies.
