Analyst - Project Operations

About the role

As a Project Analyst in the Project Operations team, you will support both internal and client projects in a fast‑paced consulting environment. This position is ideal for an early‑career professional eager to gain experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or consulting projects while working closely with the Lead of Project Operations and the Consulting Services team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, setting up, and coordinating day‑to‑day activities for internal and client projects.
• Develop and route project statements of work (SOWs) and budgets through internal review processes.
• Create, track, and update project timelines, ensuring teams stay on schedule.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource hours with guidance from senior team members.
• Identify and escalate project risks or issues as needed.
• Support scope and change management, documenting updates and communicating them to stakeholders.
• Help with financial tracking, client billing coordination, and preparation of status reports, creative briefs, and meeting agendas.
• Schedule and coordinate internal and client meetings, capture notes, and track action items.
• Assist with Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) submissions via client portals and ensure deliverables meet naming, formatting, and annotation standards.
• Maintain organized electronic project files and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve team communication and project efficiency.
