Accounts Receivable Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join Pharmbills’s remote team. In this role you will manage payment tracking, resolve billing discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records for leading U.S. healthcare providers, ensuring the financial side of patient care runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review invoices for healthcare services, confirming accuracy and compliance.
• Track payments, follow up on overdue amounts and ensure timely collections.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Maintain organized financial records, including payment histories and client communications.
• Generate financial reports for internal use and client review.
• Cooperate with U.S.-based teams and healthcare providers to improve billing processes.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Proficient written and verbal English (minimum B2 level).
• Experience in billing, accounts receivable or finance functions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel.
• Billing or accounting software.
