Accounts Payable Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our remote team supporting top U.S. healthcare companies. Working from the Republic of Georgia in the New York time zone, you will ensure that invoices are processed accurately and vendors are paid on time, enabling healthcare providers to focus on patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Process, verify, approve, and track invoices.
• Maintain vendor relationships, resolve discrepancies, and ensure smooth communication.
• Reconcile accounts to keep financial records clear and accurate.
• Monitor expenses against budgets and company policies.
• Support audit activities by organizing documentation and ensuring compliance.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable or accounting, preferably in healthcare or insurance.
• Strong English communication skills (minimum B2 level).
• Excellent attention to detail and a problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
