3PL Program Operator

About the role

The 3PL Program Operator will ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse management system for A Logistics Company (ALC). Working in the Tbilisi office, the specialist supports end‑to‑end supply‑chain processes, handling documentation, reporting and communication with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the warehouse management program on a daily basis.
• Generate regular reports on inventory, shipments and performance metrics.
• Manage the warehouse’s electronic mail flow and respond to client inquiries.
• Prepare and archive documents, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
• Record and monitor inventory levels, performing regular reconciliations.
• Assist the loading operator by providing required documentation generated by the system.
• Coordinate with customers regarding product receipt and dispatch, including order verification and correction.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.
• Strong knowledge of office software applications.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
