Technical Product Owner

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Product Owner to shape digital travel products that connect customer experience, data, integrations and partner ecosystems. The role blends product ownership, business analysis, data engineering and AI‑ready thinking to deliver scalable solutions for a fast‑moving global market.

Key responsibilities

• Define product direction for travel‑domain solutions by aligning client goals, customer needs and technical feasibility.
• Own and manage the product backlog, priorities, acceptance criteria and delivery‑ready requirements across discovery to validation.
• Apply business analysis practices to clarify processes, stakeholder needs, business rules, dependencies, risks and expected outcomes.
• Drive prioritisation decisions based on business value, customer impact, feasibility, data dependencies and delivery risks.
• Align stakeholders, engineering, data/BI teams, vendors and delivery management around scope and implementation approach.
• Support data‑driven product areas by capturing data needs, reporting expectations and validation logic.
• Leverage AI tools to improve analysis, requirements structuring, backlog refinement and documentation.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Lead Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of the travel domain or related experience.
• Proven ability to work at the intersection of product ownership, business analysis, data and engineering.
• Experience with remote, cross‑functional teams and stakeholder alignment.

Required skills

• SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Power BI or equivalent analytics tools.
• Experience with data platforms, ETL processes, data validation and reporting.
• Understanding of backend systems, integrations, APIs, JSON and XML.
• Familiarity with AI tools and identifying AI‑enhancement opportunities.
