System Analyst – Payment Gate

About the role

You will help the Payment Gate team ship new payment features faster and with higher quality, working on a real‑time platform that processes thousands of financial transactions daily.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business and technical requirements into system specifications, integration plans, data models, and process diagrams.
• Design, configure, and maintain the Payment Gate platform from analysis through integration planning and go‑live support.
• Define integration requirements and manage data mapping between Payment Gate and core banking, CRM, and third‑party payment APIs.
• Run system testing, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with developers to resolve problems before and after release.
• Identify workflow gaps and propose improvements to the payment feature development, validation, and deployment processes.
• Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to internal teams using the Payment Gate systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a System Analyst or similar role, preferably in payment or financial platforms.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, API integrations, and enterprise application integration (core banking, CRM, third‑party APIs).
• Proficiency in BPMN notation and ability to produce clear sequence diagrams, data flow models, and functional specifications.
• Hands‑on experience with data mapping, API integration workflows, and integration testing.
• Excellent documentation skills for both technical developers and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable collaborating with distributed, cross‑functional teams across different time zones.
