Support Operations Engineer – Managed Services

About the role

Exxeta is building its first Managed Service Hub in Tbilisi to provide 24/7 second‑level support for cloud‑based client infrastructures. As a Support Operations Engineer you will ensure the smooth operation of customer applications, handling incidents, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and resolve incidents using Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana, Dynatrace and AWS monitoring tools.
• Create and analyse problem tickets, review Java (Spring) code, optimise SQL queries and manage database objects.
• Work with AWS resources, perform Kubernetes cluster tasks (restarts, rollbacks, secret management) and adjust monitors.
• Maintain and extend documentation, run CI/CD pipelines and support backup/restore processes.

Required profile

• Active problem‑solver with a passion for cloud and IT environments; qualification as application administrator, SRE, system administrator or similar.
• Initial experience in help‑desk or IT service management, familiar with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Solution‑oriented mindset, reliable, responsible and enjoys teamwork.
