Senior SAP DRC Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SAP DRC Consultant to partner closely with the Product Owner and drive the end‑to‑end planning and execution of audit processes on our platform. You will translate business needs into functional specifications, help shape the product roadmap, and ensure the SAP Audit Management solution meets tax and compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the right hand to the Product Owner: translate requirements, prioritize backlog, and influence roadmap.
• Configure and support SAP Audit Management from scratch, covering audit planning, scoping, execution, working papers, and findings tracking.
• Support tax audit planning and execution within the tool, aligning with regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborate with audit teams, tax/compliance functions, and IT to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and process flows.
• Support functional and UAT testing cycles and coordinate defect resolution with technical teams.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and status reporting in an agile delivery environment.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices for audit management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with SAP Audit Management, SAP FI, or SAP GRC.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and influence product direction.
• Knowledge of tax audit planning and execution within compliance and regulatory contexts.
• Experience working in agile delivery teams, including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Strong English communication skills (B2+ level).
