Senior Platform Engineer

About the role

EPAM is looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to design, build, and maintain internal developer tooling and automate infrastructure workflows. You will enable self‑service platform capabilities for engineering teams across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain the Internal Developer Portal using Port.io.
• Develop backend automation and integrations with Python and Terraform.
• Design, implement, and manage GitHub Actions workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate developer tools such as SCM, CI, security, and artifact management into platform workflows.
• Implement API‑driven onboarding and orchestration of external agent capabilities.
• Manage AWS infrastructure, IAM policies, and platform security.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in platform engineering or DevOps.
• Hands‑on production experience with Python and Terraform.
• Expertise in AWS infrastructure design and IAM policy management.
• Proven ability to design and maintain GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience integrating developer tools into platform workflows.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
