Senior Endpoint Operations Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Endpoint Operations Technician to own the operation and support of our Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Microsoft Intune environments, as well as the management of physical endpoints and virtual solutions. The role works closely with Desktop Engineering, Security, and Compliance teams and provides escalation support to end‑users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver advanced support for Windows platforms in both physical and virtual (AVD) environments.
• Maintain desktop images, SCCM task sequences, and the lifecycle of global standard desktop/laptop models.
• Create and keep up‑to‑date technical documentation, SOPs, and user‑facing runbooks.
• Act as an escalation point for Deskside Support Services and End‑User Computing issues.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Security, and Compliance to validate application requests and maintenance tasks.
• Develop automated solutions for software deployment, patching, and workstation imaging.
• Monitor alerts from desktops, including endpoint security and application management.
• Administer Microsoft AutoPilot deployments and manage Windows Device Management via Intune.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop and endpoint operations.
• Strong background in SCCM administration, patch management, imaging, and automation.
• Proven experience in enterprise desktop support and operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
