Senior AI Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design, deploy and optimise AI infrastructure that powers large‑scale generative AI (GenAI) applications. The role is fully remote within Georgia, allowing you to work from any location while collaborating with teams across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and manage Milvus vector databases, design schemas and tune indexes (HNSW, IVF‑FLAT).
• Build embedding and LLM pipelines using OpenAI API, Hugging Face or Cohere.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters, Helm charts and containerised micro‑services for scalable orchestration.
• Implement Docker multi‑stage builds, image registry management and containerisation of services.
• Develop production‑grade applications in Python and additional languages such as Go, Java or C++.
• Integrate object storage solutions (AWS S3, MinIO, Google Cloud Storage).
• Support large‑scale Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and multi‑agent platforms, optimise GPU scheduling and inference acceleration.
• Drive search optimisation with hybrid search, metadata filtering and index tuning.

Required profile

• B.Tech/B.E in Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML infrastructure.
• Proven expertise with Milvus deployment and index tuning.
• Strong background in Kubernetes, Helm and Docker containerisation.
• Production‑level proficiency in Python and at least one of Go, Java or C++.
• Experience integrating cloud object storage (AWS S3, MinIO, GCS).
