Powerpoint Specialist (Remote Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a remote PowerPoint Specialist on a contract basis to design and execute complex business presentations, reports and documents that mirror Fortune 500 environments. The role combines advanced Office suite expertise with interaction‑driven work using large language models (LLMs) to produce high‑quality .pptx files.

Key responsibilities

• Design realistic, multi‑hour business tasks using PowerPoint, Excel and Word, simulating scenarios from large enterprises.
• Collaborate with an LLM to discuss, edit and create Office Open XML files, focusing on .pptx formats.
• Evaluate two LLM‑generated deliverables per task, selecting the best based on quality criteria.
• Create prompts and tasks that would normally require extensive business acumen without AI assistance.
• Conduct structured four‑turn conversations with the LLM, providing feedback after each round.
• Document observations and recommendations to improve LLM handling of real‑world business documents.
• Support cross‑functional use cases such as reporting, presenting, analyzing and proposing across various industries.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years recent experience on complex projects for Fortune 500 companies or top‑tier consultancies.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with strong exposure to Excel and Word.
• Proven track record in finance, healthcare, consulting, technology or retail and in functions like strategy, operations, sales, marketing, finance or HR.
• Ability to craft realistic business scenarios and workflows for executive presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of delivering clear, actionable feedback.
• Prior experience with LLMs or AI‑powered tools in an iterative, conversational format is highly desirable.
