Junior Short Video Editor & Content Creator

About the role

Borbalo, Georgia's leading car and mobility app, is looking for a motivated junior videographer to join its media team in Tbilisi. You will independently produce short‑form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts while learning from experienced colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Film and edit short‑form videos from concept to final delivery.
• Set up basic lighting, camera and sound equipment for each shoot.
• Add subtitles, on‑screen text and simple graphic elements.
• Format final files according to each platform’s specifications.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas.
• Assist the senior videographer on larger projects when needed.

Required profile

• Growth‑oriented, energetic junior candidate with a basic portfolio of video work.
• Hands‑on experience with video editing software such as CapCut or Premiere Pro.
• Ability to capture quality footage using a basic camera or high‑end smartphone.
• Strong familiarity with TikTok, Reels and Shorts formats and current video trends.
• Fluency in Georgian; communication in English or Russian is a plus.
