Junior Media Optimization Manager – Global

Key responsibilities

• Execute audio, display and video ad campaigns across multiple DSPs under senior guidance.
• Troubleshoot basic ad‑serving and campaign‑related issues.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and metrics, delivering accurate performance insights to stakeholders.
• Update and maintain dashboards for real‑time visibility of key metrics.
• Collaborate with senior managers and team leads to ensure smooth workflow.
• Communicate campaign status and performance to internal teams, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Stay current with ad‑tech tools and industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• At least 6 months of experience in a media/digital agency.
• Experience with at least one DSP or performance‑marketing platform (e.g., DV360, Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with DSP platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Meta Ads, Google Ads or TikTok Ads.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for data analysis and presentation.
