Implementation Analyst

About the role

The Implementation Analyst will lead the deployment, configuration and training of Fiserv’s XD Automation banking solution. Working closely with clients from kickoff through go‑live, the analyst ensures successful installations, whether as part of a larger conversion project or a single‑product rollout.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver implementation, training, consulting and configuration of XD Automation software.
• Provide project oversight, solve critical problems and ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria.
• Build relationships across Fiserv groups to deliver integrated solutions.
• Engage directly with clients from project kickoff through go‑live, managing expectations.
• Assess client business needs, identify solutions and manage requirements.
• Configure product setups, perform updates and validate configurations and connectivity.
• Oversee post‑go‑live warranty support until handover to client services.
• Maintain and update project documentation and coordinate client schedules, tenant provisioning and core interface activities.

Required profile

• Graduate degree
• 8‑10 years of relevant experience
