Head of Information Technology (IT)

About the role

ReachHUB is seeking an experienced Head of Information Technology to lead its entire IT function. In this senior leadership role you will shape the technology strategy, oversee the infrastructure, and ensure security and reliability across a global B2B marketing and sales agency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall IT strategy and technology roadmap.
• Lead and mentor the IT, infrastructure, network, and technical teams.
• Own data‑center operations, enterprise servers, storage, virtualization, backup and disaster‑recovery processes.
• Design, manage and secure network infrastructure including routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs and wireless networks.
• Oversee cloud and hybrid IT environments, ensuring high availability, performance and scalability.
• Establish IT security standards, lead cybersecurity initiatives and maintain business continuity.
• Manage large IT projects from planning through implementation.
• Select, evaluate and manage technology vendors, service providers and strategic partners.
• Control IT budgets, procurement and investment planning.
• Align IT initiatives with executive business objectives.

Required profile

• 10+ years of professional IT experience.
• 5+ years in IT leadership or management roles.
• Proven track record managing IT departments, data‑centers and large technical teams.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, IT security principles and risk management.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
