Full-Time Night RN – Med Surg

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Med‑Surg Registered Nurse to join our multi‑campus care team on night shifts. This full‑time position focuses on delivering personalized, evidence‑based nursing care from assessment through evaluation, while fostering strong connections with patients and families.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to Med‑Surg patients, ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, respecting their values and goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, contributing to performance improvement and shared governance initiatives.
• Mentor fellow nurses through education and competency assessments.
• Apply evidence‑based practices and participate in patient‑care decision making.
• Proactively manage resources and care plans to enhance patient experience and reduce readmissions.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Valid RN license (single or multi‑state) with current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum two years recent Med‑Surg experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, critical‑thinking, and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Epic and 3M systems (preferred).
• Computer data‑entry competence.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
