Finance Process Excellence Senior Analyst

About the role

EPAM is looking for a Finance Process Excellence Senior Analyst to lead automation and optimisation initiatives within the internal Corporate Finance Department. You will combine financial expertise with hands‑on experience in SAP and AI solutions to streamline workflows, strengthen controls and support digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business‑process and financial‑cycle automation projects, focusing on SAP finance modules and AI‑based solutions.
• Partner with internal IT teams to prioritise road‑maps, capture Finance stakeholder requirements and assess impact on processes and controls.
• Design and implement AI‑driven tools that automate processes, enhance controls and enable AI‑assisted analysis.
• Manage projects end‑to‑end: define scope, stakeholders, dependencies, risks, execution plans and success metrics.
• Conduct business‑analysis activities such as discovery, process assessment, gap analysis and requirement definition.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analysis or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in process design, transformation, automation or continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of financial cycles (Record‑to‑Report, Procure‑to‑Pay) and internal controls.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives independently and deliver results.

Required skills

• SAP FI (financial modules) – hands‑on usage, consulting or implementation support.
• AI tools for productivity, process analysis, documentation and workflow optimisation.
