Technical Support Advisor I

About the role

As a Technical Support Advisor I at Concentrix, you will be the first point of contact for external users of our client’s products, handling basic and routine technical inquiries. You will work in a dynamic call‑center environment, providing courteous and professional assistance while meeting service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer queries related to hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical problems, documenting each case accurately.
• Follow the defined escalation path for complex issues and conduct outbound follow‑up calls when needed.
• Maintain KPI targets for response time, resolution quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement activities to enhance service delivery.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with a courteous, empathetic approach.
• Ability to think conceptually and handle unstructured problems.
• Fluent German (C1 level) for effective customer interaction.
• Attention to detail and accurate note‑taking in ticketing systems.
