Associate Sales Development Representative – Arabic (KSA Market)

About the role

Concentrix is seeking an Associate Sales Development Representative who is fluent in Arabic and English to support its KSA market operations. You will work from home after an initial training period, helping the company generate qualified sales opportunities for its global client.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email and social channels.
• Respond to inbound leads, qualify interest and capture relevant information.
• Schedule calls or meetings for account executives.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach processes.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Experience in sales, customer service or high‑volume calling environments.
• Strong communication, organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Enthusiasm to learn in a fast‑paced sales setting.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.com.
