Senior User Acquisition Manager

About the role

Social Discovery Group (SDG) is looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to lead performance‑marketing efforts for its mobile apps. You will work remotely with an international team of digital nomads, shaping acquisition strategies that connect users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, launch, and continuously optimize advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google, Apple Search Ads and other platforms.
• Manage budgets to meet product and performance targets.
• Design and run A/B tests, iterating quickly on a large number of hypotheses.
• Monitor key product metrics and evaluate campaign performance.
• Collaborate with creative, product and partner teams to develop ad concepts and briefs.
• Analyze user‑acquisition funnels and optimize for critical in‑app events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in mobile‑app advertising across Meta, TikTok, Google and Apple Search Ads.
• Successful track record managing acquisition funnels and delivering growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in cohort analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with Appsflyer or similar attribution tools.
