About the role

Join lululemon as a Seasonal Educator for a limited‑time assignment from early November to mid‑January. You will be the front‑line ambassador delivering world‑class guest experiences in a high‑energy retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage guests promptly, assess their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Deliver technical product education, highlighting benefits and performance features.
• Execute seamless transactions, including omnichannel services such as buy‑online/pick‑up‑in‑store and ship‑from‑store.
• Maintain visual standards by restocking, organizing, and presenting merchandise.
• Utilize in‑store technology to support operations and enhance the guest journey.
• Collect guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to resolve issues.
• Uphold store cleanliness and safety policies throughout the shift.
