About the role

This seasonal, part‑time position focuses on delivering world‑class guest experiences in a lululemon store. As an Educator, you will connect with customers, share product knowledge, and embody the brand’s community spirit.

Key responsibilities

• Engage guests promptly, assess their needs, and provide tailored purchase or return solutions.
• Deliver technical product education, highlighting value and benefits.
• Execute omnichannel services such as buy‑online/pick‑up‑in‑store, phone sales, and ship‑from‑store.
• Maintain store presentation by restocking, organizing merchandise, and performing cleaning tasks.
• Collect guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to resolve issues.
• Foster an inclusive team environment and support colleagues.
