Remote Sales Manager for Children’s Online Courses

About the role

Join an international online school that helps kids and teens master digital skills. As a Remote Sales Manager you will guide families through live demo lessons, showcase the learning format and turn warm leads into enrollments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead 50‑minute online demo lessons for children aged 5‑17 and their parents.
• Present Kodland’s courses, answer questions and help families select the right program.
• Build trust, handle objections and motivate students to start their learning journey.
• Maintain a schedule of afternoon/evening sessions (starting at 14:00 UK time) including one weekend day.

Required profile

• Strong communication and persuasive abilities, preferably with sales or educational consulting experience.
• Advanced English proficiency for speaking with parents and students.
• Availability for approximately 25 hours per week, remote work setup with PC (8 GB RAM+), webcam, headset and stable internet.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video‑conference tools such as Zoom or Google Meet.
