Remote Sales Manager – Children’s Online Courses

About the role

Join an international online school that teaches digital skills to kids and teens. As a Remote Sales Manager you will guide families through live demo lessons and help them select the right course.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 50‑minute online demo lessons for children aged 5‑17 and their parents using warm leads only.
• Present Kodland’s learning format, answer questions, and address objections.
• Assist families in choosing the most suitable course and convert interest into enrollments.
• Build trust with parents and motivate students to begin their learning journey.
• Maintain a reliable technical setup (PC, webcam, headset, stable internet) for smooth virtual sessions.

Required profile

• Strong communication and persuasive abilities, preferably with sales or educational consulting experience.
• Advanced level of English, comfortable speaking with both parents and students.
• Availability to work afternoons/evenings from 14:00 UK time and one weekend day of choice.
• Approximately 25 hours per week commitment.
• Professional demeanor and ability to handle objections effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Zoom for online presentations.
• Proficiency with Google Meet for online presentations.
