Performance Marketing Manager – Mid to Senior

About the role

SpeakApp AI is seeking a hands‑on Performance Marketing Manager to join its growth team. Reporting directly to the Head of Acquisition and the CEO, you will own paid acquisition efforts across mobile and web, helping the company scale its AI‑driven conversation platform.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and optimise Meta Ads campaigns, with occasional work on other paid acquisition channels.
• Monitor budgets, CAC, revenue, payback, retention, and LTV to ensure profitable growth.
• Scale successful campaigns and diagnose performance issues quickly.
• Support the creative team through structured testing, performance reports, and actionable insights.
• Analyse results across advertising platforms, payment data, and internal analytics.
• Maintain pixels, Conversion API, payment events, attribution, and data quality.
• Contribute acquisition expertise to landing pages, web funnels, and A/B tests.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve acquisition, analysis, and reporting efficiency.
• Gradually take ownership of campaigns, budgets, and acquisition projects.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on performance marketing or user acquisition experience.
• Strong practical experience with Meta Ads.
• Experience with mobile subscription‑app acquisition.
• Good understanding of CAC, ROAS, payback, retention, and LTV metrics.
• Ability to work independently, investigate problems and propose solutions.
• Fluent written and spoken Russian for internal communication and English for audience research and advertising.

Required skills

• Meta Ads platform expertise.
• Pixel tracking, server‑side conversion API, and attribution management.
• Experience with Stripe, mobile measurement partners (MMPs), product analytics and BI tools.
• Creative testing and performance analysis.
• Advanced spreadsheet and performance‑reporting skills.
• Familiarity with AI automation tools such as Codex or Claude Code.
