About the role

TBC Bank is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join its Tbilisi branch. You will be part of a dynamic team that uses data analysis, artificial intelligence and digital products to set new service standards and simplify customers' lives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality counter service to bank customers.
• Identify customer needs and ensure they are directed to the appropriate solution.
• Offer consultation on banking operations and related queries.

Required profile

• Enjoy interacting with people, caring for their needs and providing assistance.
• Preferably have experience in a similar customer‑facing role and conversational foreign‑language skills.
• Desire to develop a career in the financial sector within a company with a 30‑year history.
• Willingness to work with AI tools and modern technologies.
